Additional health and safety measures
Thank you for your patience during these challenging times. It is now time to focus on your learning goals again and we look forward to seeing you and your kids soon.
We have extra health and safety measures in place in our teaching centres and exam venues.
We hope to re-open most of our face-to-face English courses by the end of September.
You can already book and take exams.
We will comply with any physical distancing requirements imposed by the local authorities.
To help us do this, we have to limit the number of non-student/candidate visitors and staff in our buildings at any one time.
Please help us by not visiting our centres, which remain closed to the general public. Please instead direct any queries to our Contact Centre via email or phone.
We are working hard to respond to every request, but the situation is slightly different every day, and some delays may occur.
Please accept our apologies in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
More information about attending classes and about taking exams on our Covid-19 FAQs pages.
Plan B: What happens if the centres need to close again?
If at any time we are unable to deliver face-to-face or "presential" courses and/or exams due to governmental restrictions, courses will be moved online as the standard delivery mode. Exam candidates will be informed about any new arrangements.
