We know that starting an English course with us is a big step, and we’re here to guide you through the process. Whether you’re registering your child or signing up for yourself, our simple consultation and registration steps ensure you get the right course, at the right level, in the right format for you.

If you already know that you want an online course (for adults), you don’t need to book a consultation. Just visit our English Online page.

How to register

1. Book a free Consultation

Choose a consultation slot that fits your schedule. All consultations are held online or in-person

2. Attend your consultation

A member of our team will assess your (or your child’s) English level, discuss your needs, and recommend the most suitable course and timetable.

3. Complete your Registration

After your consultation, we’ll send you everything you need to finalise your course registration and begin learning.

What to expect during your consultation

During your free consultation, we will:

  • Assess your or your child's current English level (depending on age group)
  • Discuss your learning needs and goals
  • Recommend the most appropriate English course
  • Offer available timetable and location options
  • Explain the next steps for registration and payment.

Kids and teens

Your child will need to take a quick, free placement test, which lasts on average 15 to 20 minutes, unless they:
• are under 9 years old
• have taken a placement test with us within the last six months
• have attended one of our holiday courses

If any of these criteria apply, please get in touch with us.

Step 1 – Book a Placement Test
• Choose the location, date and time using the ‘Book free assessment’ button.
• The assessment can be done in person (at any centre) or online.
• If you don’t find a convenient option, check availability at other centres or online, or contact us.
• For the assessment appointment, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to provide consent for the processing of personal data.

Step 2 – Enrol on a Course
Once the test has been completed, we can help you choose the best course for your child. We offer a wide range of English courses for children and teens.

Adults

You must be over 18 years old to enrol on our adult courses.

Step 1 – Schedule a Meeting
• Schedule a free meeting with our team before enrolling.
• Both the meeting and the placement test, which is taken online, are free of charge.

Step 2 – Take the Placement Test
• When you schedule your meeting, you will also receive an email with the link to the placement test.
• Our online placement test consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and takes a maximum of 30 minutes to complete.
• Please complete it before the day of your meeting. It is essential for us to recommend the best course for you. If you are unable to complete it in time, we will send you a personalised link by email or SMS.
Note: The results of your placement test will be shared during your meeting with one of our advisers.

You do not need to take the placement test if:
• you are only interested in 100% online courses. Find out more on our English Online 100% page.
• you have taken a placement test with us in the last six months.

Step 3 – Attend the Meeting

• During the meeting, one of our advisers will explain your test results and recommend the most suitable course for you.
• The meeting is expected to last between 10 and 20 minutes.

Step 4 – Enrolment
• After your meeting, you will receive all the information you need to enrol and make payment.
